911 Rapid Response's old website was difficult to manage, navigate, and shop. For the information side, the company needed a website that would be easy to find and learn about the company and her division/services, and easily accessible to create changes and update our information. On the Web Store side on the old store the numerous products we not categorized intuitively, there was no clear organization, and it was difficult to set up sales and specials for the web.

Our solution was to use LightSpeed's eCom service. We had already been utilizing LightSpeed for our physical store location, so the integration was easier than our previous service. The team and I had to spend months revising the products, making them more organized with what categories we wanted and how customer's would access them. 
The website was designed myself, building off a default template from LightSpeed and customizing it to our branding and desired style.
